Established Patient Appointment
15 minutes
The provider and other medical staff will assess your current care plan and make any necessary changes in order to better serve you.
Established patient visits can also be sick visits or any other reason you may need to be seen in-office.
Diabetic Foot Care

Diabetics and those with neuropathy have a hard time properly caring for their feet. This often times leads to injuries, toenails that are too long, infections, and more. Proper foot care for diabetics is important in keeping their feet as healthy as possible.
Employment or Sports Physicals

Some jobs and schools require employees and participants to have a physical performed by a health care provider prior to the start of the activities. This helps provide safety and decreases injuries.
